The key difference between flocking fabric and PVC fabric lies in their feel and appearance. Flocking fabric is more comfortable and closer to the skin, as it is based on PVC fabric with an added flocking process. Compared to PVC, flocking fabric has a more high-end and durable look in terms of color.

Our air-cushion wheelchairs are made of hypoallergenic, hospital-grade materials, making them the preferred seat cushion recommended by medical professionals. The cushions feature a high-temperature hot pressing and porous design that helps disperse pressure on the seat body and accelerate air flow.

The enhanced pump included with our cushions is larger in length and thickness compared to ordinary pumps, allowing for quicker and more effortless inflation. Based on past experiences, many consumers have found smaller red pumps easily damaged or even unusable after delivery. Our new pump offers better quality, a more stable structure, and is equipped with a basketball pump adapter.

Inflating the cushion typically takes 3-5 minutes. To deflate, simply pinch the air inlet and squeeze the cushion, similar to deflating a swimming ring. When fully inflated, the cushion can be used for at least half a month. Poking the air intake holes will cause air leakage and shorten the cushion's lifespan.

Folded dimensions of the cushion are 6.3 x 4.3 x 1.2 inches, weighing 8 oz. The flocking fabric is 2 times thicker than ordinary PVC, providing comfort, breathability, and durability. Unlike PVC, which can be wiped dry directly, flocking fabric needs to be dried after getting wet, as it is more absorbent.

The transparent PVC gas-filled holes, with reserved outer ring and inner edges, are heat-sealed using advanced technology to ensure superior air-tightness. The fine stitches and sturdy construction prevent jumping or easy air leaks. Extensive pressure testing has proven the cushion's exceptional air-tightness.

In terms of usability, the air-cushion wheelchairs are versatile, suitable for wheelchairs, office chairs, cars, travel, and stadiums. They can be used as seat cushions or backrests to enhance heat dissipation, ventilation, and reduce pressure on the hips and back.
